DAY ONE | Chicano Culture – Identity & Heritage
- Self Help Graphics & Art | A powerful space where students can see Chicano art, prints, and community-based expression.
- Estrada Courts Murals | Outdoor murals that tell stories of identity, struggle, and hope—great for reflection and discussion.
- Mariachi Plaza | Students can experience live culture, music, and community life.
DAY TWO | Latino Culture – Community & Traditions
- Olvera Street | A vibrant cultural hub with traditional food, music, and artisan shops.
- La Plaza de Cultura y Artes | Interactive exhibits about Mexican-American history—great for student learning.
- Grand Central Market | A fun place where students can explore diverse Latino foods in a safe, lively environment.
DAY THREE | Armenian Culture – Faith & Perseverance
- St. Mary Armenian Apostolic Church | A meaningful visit to understand faith traditions and cultural identity.
- Armenian American Museum (if available/open) | Focus on history, resilience, and cultural preservation.
- Carousel Restaurant | A student-friendly place to experience authentic Armenian cuisine.
DAY FOUR | Global Los Angeles – Unity in Diversity

- The Original Farmers Market
These locations allow students to experience multiple cultures in one day.
Experience may also include service opportunities at:
- Los Angeles Regional Food Bank | Students can sort and pack food for families in need.
- Union Rescue Mission | Opportunity to serve meals or organize donations.
- Midnight Mission | Focus on homelessness support and restoration.
