Students explore their creativity through knowledge of the basic principles of art: color, line, texture, shape, form, value, and space. Multimedia presentations, teacher modeling, and working with oils, watercolors, clay, and chalk give students a hands-on art experience. In addition, students learn about the lives, work, and techniques of great artists.
